We seek a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER for a 200 person, union rural Southern Missouri consumer products manufacturing plant…part of a multi-billion dollar national processor. Facility located in small town of 2500 within 15 minutes of a city of 5,000, 35-40 minutes to a growing town of 12,000+ and approximately an hour from a metropolitan area of over 250,000. The town offers a superior quality of life with great schools, low cost of living, many wonderful outdoor recreational activities in a beautiful area with lakes and rivers close to tourism attractions.

Will develop and implement policies that support functions of the company goals and coordinating efforts within all the departments including production, safety, quality assurance, risk management, etc. Position with be responsible for employee and labor relation negotiations involving management of complaints/grievances filed/EEO and implementation of policies throughout the facility. Initiate safety training to exceed standards and specifications. Ensure government compliances and prepare for litigations. Detailed job description available upon request.

Requires Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years industry experience with 3+ years in leadership HR role. Must have union experience, HRIS systems and have solid generalist HR experience in manufacturing environment.
