Our services have been retained to recruit a PROCESS MANAGER (Supply Chain, Order Mgmt., Customer Service, Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operation Planning, etc.) for one of the world’s leading food processors. This is a unique opportunity…corporate based and an individual contributor role. Qualified candidate must be willing to relocate to one of two locations…HQ in upper Midwest (large metro) or plains states regional office (medium size metro).

Position reports to Global Process Owner and will provide execution expertise to improve Supply Chain Planning and/or Order Management processes across the organization. In this role, you will influence across all levels of the organization and lead deployment projects to achieve Supply Chain Planning COE objectives and align business capabilities with company global standards and the business strategy.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a thought leader in Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and Integrated Business Planning) and/or Order Management (Customer Care, Order Intake through Order Fulfilment and Order Support) to assist in developing a vision for improvement efforts to provide a distinct competitive advantage in the market for the organization. • Provide project management for deployment of continuous improvement and capability excellence initiatives to achieve objectives set by corporate and in line with business objectives • Provide consulting services to support and sustain improvement in Supply Chain Planning and/or Order Management across process, people, data and technology and monitor business maturity progress and change adherence • Support the consolidated roll up to the corporate level (enterprise and executive team) of information and data resulting from Supply Chain Planning and Order Management activities. • Use metrics or business specific analysis to drive process improvement, reduce cost, drive growth & meet business goals. • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum six years of experience • 2+ yrs. in Order Management and Customer Service • 2+ yrs. experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning or other comparable business planning process • Previous experience leading process implementation or improvement project work across multiple functions • Functional understanding of Supply Chain Planning or Order Management tools and technologies • Ability to travel up to 20% of time – this requirement will vary by project and location of project. • SAP IBP experience • Deep expertise in ERP
