|Our services have been retained to recruit a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER for a small, growing, privately held consumer products manufacturer in Indiana (not Indianapolis), Community offers strong economy with great educational opportunities, superior quality of life and moderate cost-of-living. Facility of 60 hourly personnel manufactures and ships product nationwide.

This position will lead all Human Resource activities of the company which is a growing, three-shift operation. Must be adept at leading an HR function from the floor to the board room. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations associated with the HR functions.
Key position Responsibilities • Benefit administration • Talent acquisition • ER management, • Stay abreast of developments in state and federal labor, employment and benefits laws, including ERISA, HIPAA, FLSA, COBRA, etc. and assure company compliance • Attendance and payroll systems management • Personnel policies and handbooks • Assist with safety and health programs. • Assists with wage and salary structure and the pay systems within the company
Education and Experience • Bachelor degree • 4+ years HR experience in manufacturing setting • Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification preferred, not required.
