Ensure products produced are of the specification and quality require of every customer. • Ensure budgetary, profit, GMP’s and food safety goals are consistently achieved. • Evaluating plant productivity and overall manufacturing performance; and establishing best practices to be consistently applied • Troubleshooting potential problems/issues in the plants that would interfere with attaining established goals • Coaching, developing and evaluating current plant management and planning for succession.
