| Reports to a Supply Chain Mgr. in a 450 person, union, high speed production facility. Am seeking a high-potential, degreed (4 year) Team Leader with strength in high speed packaging as well as continuous improvement. Will work 3pm to midnight shift, Monday - Friday. Open due to promotion. One of the world's leading food & beverage companies. Position located in medium size Central CA community offering good schools, excellent quality of life and many fine social & recreational opportunities. Will consider high potential candidates from any industry as long as they possess high speed packaging expertise and a strength in continuous improvement. Ideally seeking 2 to 7 yrs. experience and outstanding leadership abilities. Solid relocation package available. There is NO overtime or bonus payments. Excellent growth opportunities. |
